Flash floods hit UK as storm continues to batter Britain

BRITS are set to be hit with flash floods and thunderstorms in a “biblical” deluge ahead of a Bank Holiday Weekend washout.

The country is due to be battered with almost half of August’s average rainfall in just three hours today.
