According to the World Economic Forum, Africa has the largest number of young people in the world. But less than 1 percent of African children leaving school have basic math and science skills. The plan wants to turn it into a flagship world-class center, which is accessible to school kids of all ages. CCTV America’s Rene Del Carme filed this report.
