Coronavirus: Gordon Brown says the UK government is 'failing to test people'

Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has criticised the UK and Scottish government for failing to ramp up testing.

He said: “If you don’t test people until after you’ve got a case, you’re simply trying to solve a problem after it’s been created.”
