Recalled Samsung's smartphone banned in some African countries

Tech giant Samsung is struggling to deal with the global recall of its latest offering — the Note 7. Although sales have so far been low here in East Africa, the region’s subsidiary has offered a refund to anyone who bought the device. Countries like Rwanda, however, are banning the device altogether. CCTV’s Maria Galang reports.
