The Armenian-Azerbaijan war became increasingly violent. After successfully repelling the Armenian troops from Nagorno-Karabakh, the Azerbaijan military fleet launched another attack. Most recently, Azerbaijani troops fired missiles aimed at the Armenian capital, Yerevan.
Azerbaijan troops launched the attack on Thursday, October 2, 2020, evening local time. Two missiles were fired by the Azerbaijan military at the Abovyan region, a city which is only 16 kilometers from Yerevan.
