Deliberate but caution action needed to overhaul Nigeria's sport-Minister of Sports

The Minister of Sports, Mr Bolaji Abdulahi has made the call for a deliberate but also caution action on the revamp of the nation’s sport sector as he calls for the probe of all sports administrators. Not calling for a quick fix action, the Minister declared that his Ministry is about to outline a plan to get talented kids from across the federation for the forthcoming Common Wealth Games in 2014, ahead of the next Olympics in Brazil 2016. He also declared President Goodluck Jonathan’s desire for the nation to win 5 gold medals in Rio 2016.
