PADDY McGuinness is living his best life as he lazes in his back garden with a beer and paddling pool.
The dad-of-three showed off his impressive tan in a pair of white shorts as he made the most of the space having kicked the rest of his family out of the swimming area.
Paddy, 46, shared the snap with his 1.6m Instagram followers and captioned it: “Thug Life.”
His hashtags implied he’d made a point of kicking his three children out of the large paddling pool, as he wrote: “#getoutkids”
His fans loved it. One wrote: “Love this !!!

”
While a second added: “In the words of Bridget Jones (3) DingDong
”

And a third joked: “Paddy wake up it’s Sunday

Paddy’s wife Christine recently explained that the unprecedented lockdown has been tough for their children to understand and even “set them back two years” after disrupting their daily routine.
But things are on the up for them as she explained their confidence is “slowly coming back” as they are learning not to be “scared of anything” in a new Instagram post.
She wrote: “My world
. Honestly, you have no idea how happy this makes me to get all 3 children outside!⠀
“Their confidence is slowly coming back
”.
Adding: “They are super sensitive to the sunlight, petrified of anything that moves, flies, bees, birds.. and the slightest bit of wind is too loud.

“But here they are playing, laughing, having fun in our garden!
This will probably last 5 minutes!
”.
Earlier this month Christine, 32, said that she is closer to her husband than ever after sharing chores 50/50 during lockdown.
The couple who share six-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and three-year-old Felicity are busy being full-time carers for the trio who all have autism.
Talking about lockdown life with Paddy while appearing on Loose Women, Christine said: “It’s been really strange because I thought we’d have hated this.
“If you’d have told me a few months ago, I’d have said ‘Absolutely not, you cannot put me in lockdown with him!’

“I would have thought we would have hated it, but we are getting on so well.
“I think it’s because this is the first time we are doing everything 50/50.
“The things we used to bicker about was mainly how much he would be away from home or if I wanted to work and couldn’t because he was away, it was like little things whereas now we’re both stay-at-home parents.
“We’re both doing the same amount of cooking, cleaning, childcare, bedtimes, so there’s nothing really to argue about. But don’t get me wrong, I want him to go back to work!”
