LOVE Island has launched hundreds of villa romances over the years, but it’s fair to say that a fairly limited number survive the harsh realities of the outside world.
With series 13 underway, here are the couples who have beaten the odds and are still well and truly loved-up.
Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey
The 2016 winners are the show’s ultimate success story, though their road to romance wasn’t entirely smooth.
Cara and Nathan split around nine months after the series when Cara fell pregnant, only reconciling shortly before their first child was born.
They went on to marry in 2019, and now have two children together – Freddie and Delilah.
Olivia and Alex Bowen
Series two runners-up Olivia (née Buckland) and Alex were the first Islanders ever to marry, hosting a lavish wedding back in 2018.
They have since built their dream home together and become parents.
Son Abel arrived in 2022, with daughter Siena following in 2025.
Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt
Model Jamie didn’t even enter the villa until late in series three, but his slow-burn connection with Camilla became one of the show’s most enduring romances.
The couple married in September 2021 and now have three children together – Nell, Nora and Brodie.
Eight years on, they seem to be as smitten as ever.
Jess Shears and Dom Lever
Jess was voted out of series three on day 17, with Dom leaving the villa 11 days later.
They rekindled things in the real world before tying the knot in Mykonos in 2018.
They now have two children together, with their second arriving in June 2022.
Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan
The winter 2023 winners were the first champions ever to come from Casa Amor.
Kai popped the question during a romantic punt ride in Cambridge in 2024.
The pair married in Essex in August 2025 – they are now officially Mr and Mrs Fagan.
Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague
The 2019 runners-up moved in together, welcomed daughter Bambi, and got engaged in 2023.
Molly and Tommy split in August 2024, but confirmed they were back together the following year.
In February 2026, they revealed they are expecting their second child, due in the summer.
Luke Mabbott and Lucie Donlan
This couple proved the villa is the gift that keeps on giving, getting together after their respective series rather than during them.
Surfer Lucie, from the 2019 series, and 2020 star Luke started dating later that year and have been inseparable ever since.
They have become dog parents and are now engaged.
Will Young and Jessie Wynter
Farmer Will and Australian bombshell Jessie faced a daunting UK-to-Australia long-distance relationship, but refused to let it beat them.
The winter 2023 twosome split their time between the two countries until Jessie relocated to the UK long-term February 2024.
At the start of 2026, they announced their engagement after Will proposed in Tasmania in December 2025.
Uma Jammeh and Wil Anderson
Uma made one of the boldest moves in recent Love Island memory, quitting the 2024 villa to walk out alongside Wil after he was dumped.
The gamble paid off, with them making it official before moving into their first home together.
In July 2025, Wil popped the question in Mallorca, where they first met, sealing the deal with a pear-shaped diamond ring.
Molly Smith and Tom Clare
The very first Love Island All Stars winners scooped the £50,000 prize back in 2024 and split it between them.
The pair moved in together six months later and are now engaged, with best mate Casey O’Gorman lined up as Tom’s best man.
Wedding bells aren’t far off for this loved-up duo.
Sophie Piper and Josh Ritchie
Sophie and Josh survived some testing moments during their All Stars stint in 2024.
But they ultimately came out of the other side stronger.
They regularly treat fans to snaps of lavish trips abroad and are still very much in love two years on.
Grace Jackson and Luca Bish
Proving the theory that runners-up often outlast the winners, Grace and Luca have stayed the course since All Stars 2025.
Although they left the villa unofficial, Luca later asked Grace to be his girlfriend during a romantic holiday in Abu Dhabi.
They remain one of the spin-off’s happiest success stories.
Megan Forte Clarke and Conor Phillips
The Irish lovebirds had a stop-start journey on the 2025 series, only properly clicking after Megan returned as a bombshell.
Although they were dumped before the final, they left together and made things official back home that August.
In November 2025, they took another big step and moved into their first flat together.
Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley
Shakira and Harry’s 2025 romance was a rollercoaster of flirting and false starts before they finally committed to one another in the final weeks.
The series runners-up have stayed together since, moving into their first home together in February 2026.
All the signs point to a couple going from strength to strength.
Angel Swift and Ty Isherwood
Angel and Ty finished fourth in 2025 after striking up a connection in the villa.
Ty wasted no time making things official, asking Angel to be his girlfriend soon after they left.
In October 2025, they took the next big step and moved into their first home together.
Whitney Adebayo and Yamen Sanders
Whitney and Yamen coupled up fast after meeting during the All Stars 2026 USA twist, finishing the series in fifth.
Their long-distance romance – she’s in London, he’s in LA – was rocked by a wave of split rumours in recent weeks.
But the couple have since confirmed they’re still together, with Whitney flying out to LA to be with her boyfriend.
Leanne Amaning and Scott van-der-Sluis
The All Stars 2026 third-place finishers had a rocky villa journey but reunited by the final.
Scott made it official by asking Leanne to be his girlfriend during a trip to Iceland in April 2026.
They have since hit red carpets and posted loved-up selfies together.
Lucinda Strafford and Sean Stone
Lucinda and Sean were the first couple to go official on All Stars 2026, despite finishing fourth.
Since leaving the villa they have continued to share loved-up posts, with Sean publicly gushing that Lucinda is “someone I love deeply and will always proudly stand by”.
They are still together and going strong.
