Delegates from the African Telecommunications Union (ATU) will present a united front when going to the World Radio Communications Conference which will be held in Egypt in November. This after a successful fourth African Preparatory Meeting held at the East London ICC.
The meeting was attended by over 50 delegates representing over 40 states in the continent. Yanga Funani reports.
