This issue of where the next senator for the Bayelsa West Senatorial District should come from has been resolved by the people of Ekeremor and Sagbama Local Government Areas of the state.
At the Bayelsa West All Political Parties Summit, the elders, women and the youth of the Senatorial District have decided that Sagbama Local Government should complete the remaining three years of its second tenure in continuation of its zoning arrangement
