According to the MDG 2011 review, about 65% of out-of-school children in Nigeria will never enter a classroom by 2015 and this is in spite of different Government initiatives to get people into schools.
One of these is the Safe School Initiative Programme launched by the Federal Government in conjunction with former British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.
