Students Unions has vowed to shut down higher-learning institutions until free education is a reality in South Africa. The union presented this view to the Fees commission in Pretoria. President Jacob Zuma set up the commission to investigate the feasibility of free higher education, following last year’s Fees Must Fall protests. CCTV’s Yolisa Njamela has the story.
