The ex-Emmerdale actor Roxanne Pallett has apologised to her co-star Ryan Thomas, saying she overreacted when he “playfully” punched her on Celebrity Big Brother. “I was sensitive and emotional and mistook what was playful. I apologise for it,” she said. The incident happened in the kitchen of the Big Brother house and aired on last Thursday’s show, provoking more than 11,000 complaints.
