The UK high street chain Pret a Manger is cutting 2,800 jobs as it restructures the business to cope with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The coffee and sandwich chain says it has seen clear signs of recovery since lockdown was eased but trade is still down around 60% on last year. Katy Austin reports.
