South Africa’s Maths and Science education ranked 2nd worst in the world.
The country has declared an ambitious four trillion rand infrastructure programme over the next few years.

Motshekga talks about how she is ensuring that education gets its deserved share of infrastructure roll-out. The minister also tried to explain the extent of her powers over the nine province’s education departments including the crisis hit Cinderella Province of the Eastern Cape Province.
