That the Governorship election in Bayelsa has been a subject of litigation controversy even after the SC judgement disqualifying the APC candidates wherein PDP candidates became the beneficiary, is no longer news.
However, what became news was the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal judgement ordering INEC to conduct another Governorship election in Bayelsa on an alleged exclusion of ANDP.
