Rwanda ‘s education system is one of the most progressive in Africa. In this country, education is free and compulsory for the first nine years.
In South Korea, primary school enrolment is free and mandatory for every child. Children between the ages of six and 15 are required to attend school. Participation in early childhood education is high, with enrolment rates exceeding 90 percent.
Argentina’s school system has a good reputation internationally. At just under 98%, the country has one of the highest levels of literacy among Latin American countries. In Argentina, education starts at the pre-primary level with kindergarten for children aged two to five.
