The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) says Nigeria still has the highest number of out-of-school children in the world, with 60 per cent of the children located in Northern Nigeria. Francesco Bonomo, Education Specialist at UNICEF’s Regional Office in West and Central Africa joins CNBC Africa from Liberia for this discussion.
