so if you’ve been following my tumblr, basically i’ve been working on this since this game came out but haven’t had the motivation to finish it until now OTL ((and i still don’t like it?? i don’t know why. nothing i do to it makes me like it so i gave up and just decided to upload sobs;;;;))
& basically every song by the ne!ghbourhood fits this game lmao. i was trying to decide between this and a few others when i started playing.
i have a love-hate relationship with the story of watch dogs. on one hand, it explores the grey area of the good vs. evil conflicts and i LOVE that. on the other hand, some of the plot points could be taken as lazy rather than realistic (e.g. clara lille. & e.g. aiden’s facial expressions are limited and he recognizes the bad in his actions but just doesn’t seem to care, which could either show him being a sociopath or just be lazy animation/screenwriting.) but yeah. honestly thought it was a great game, sorta like asscreed and gta put together. but of course anything this hyped up is going to get a lot of hate!
