Why are African countries not trading more with each other? ( Part1)



While African countries do the bulk of their international trade with Europe and America, very little intra African trade is taking place. This is compared to Europe’s intra continental trade of 60 percent, and 40 percent in North America. So why are African countries not trading more with each other? CNBC Africa Philani Nyalunga sought to get some answers.
