A BRUTAL Autumn has been forecast, with ‘heavy, persistent’ rain and plunging temperatures.
This includes blustery conditions in northern England and west Wales, according to BBC Weather meteorologist Matt Taylor.
There will be a plunge in temperatures midway through this week, with the mercury set to drop by as much as 10C.
