Paul Kagame – On Bad Leadership in African Countries



Born on October 23, 1957, Paul Kagame is a Rwandan politician and a former military leader. He is the 4th President of Rwanda, having taken office in 2000 when his predecessor, Pasteur Bizimungu, resigned. Subscribe for a new video every day!

In 2000, When Kagame became president he inherited a country that had been torn apart by genocide and a lot of difficulties. To rebuild the country, he had to rely mostly on a group of uneducated guerrilla fighters and some cadres who were, quite frankly, lacking the proper training.

Years later, through a combination of circumstances and his leadership, Kagame has turned Rwanda into the envy of many Africans.
