People from LLTV got the opportunity to sit down with the most decorated Olympian of all time, Mr. Michael Phelps. Michael reflected on the last year which has seen him rise to legendary status. They also spoke about his retirement plans – he may have hung up his swimsuit, but he hasn’t quite given up sport…yet.
