The legalization ballot measures that voters approved on Nov. 3 created cannabis markets in five U.S. states – Arizona, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey and South Dakota – and while the rules and regulations are still yet to be ironed out, some of the markets are clearly more appealing to cannabis cultivators.
