Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub Al-Muhtadi (aka “Abu Ala”), a 33-year-old Palestinian national from Gaza and suspected terrorist living in Lafayette, Louisiana, was arrested by the FBI earlier this month. Al-Muhtadi allegedly participated in the Hamas-led terrorist attack against Israel on October 7, 2023
