THE Red Arrows are bringing the curtain down on their Midlands Air Festival weekend today with a headline display at Ragley Hall.
The seven-jet RAF aerobatic team takes to the skies above the Warwickshire venue before flying home to RAF Waddington.

The Red Arrows are scheduled to lift off from East Midlands Airport at 6.18pm this evening (Sunday, May 31) for the Midlands Air Festival before flying back to their Lincolnshire base.

According to published Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) timings, the route and times may change due to weather or other operational requirements.
Why are there only seven Red Arrows in 2026?
Following a shake-up announced on Saturday, May 23, the Red Arrows will now perform with seven aircraft instead of their traditional nine for the bulk of their 2026 displays.
The change has been brought in to help manage the team’s ageing Hawk T1 jets, which are due to be retired in 2030 as the squadron transitions to a future aircraft type.
An RAF spokesperson said: “The Red Arrows are the pride of the nation, known globally for their world-class precision, speed, and teamwork.
“The Red Arrows will fly in a nine-aircraft formation for HM The King’s Birthday Flypast and the 4th of July 250 Commemorations in the USA this year.
“For other displays, they will operate with seven aircraft, continuing to deliver high-quality, engaging displays at air shows and events across the UK, mainland Europe and further afield.”
What time is the Red Arrows Midlands Air Festival display?
The Reds are due to depart East Midlands Airport at 6.18pm this evening and head south-west towards Ragley Hall in Warwickshire.
Their route will see them pass north-east of Whitwick in Leicestershire at 6.20pm.
The team will then track north of Rugby at 6.23pm, before continuing north of Lighthorne in Warwickshire at 6.26pm.
The aerobatic display team will pass north-west of Redditch at 6.28pm, before reaching the vicinity of Redditch at 6.29pm.
Just a minute later the Red Arrows will arrive over Ragley Hall in Warwickshire.
When do the Red Arrows return to RAF Waddington?
The Red Arrows are scheduled to touch down at their Lincolnshire base of RAF Waddington at 7.07pm this evening, signing off their Midlands Air Festival weekend.
After the 6.30pm display above Ragley Hall, the team will head north-east and pass east of Evesham in Worcestershire at 6.51pm.
They will then track east of Ilmington in Warwickshire at 6.52pm.
The seven-jet team will continue west of Daventry in Northamptonshire at 6.56pm, before passing south of Market Harborough at 6.58pm.
The Reds will track north of Thorpe on the Hill in Lincolnshire at 7.06pm.
Finally, the famous aerobatic team will land at RAF Waddington at 7.07pm — marking the end of their busy Midlands weekend.
