Wishy have announced their sophomore album, Nature’s Pill, out Oct. 2 via Winspear.
The follow-up to 2024’s Triple Seven explores the chaos and uncertainty of modern life, circling around themes of love, anxiety, and desire. Recorded in Los Angeles with co-producer Ben Lumsdaine, much of the album was tracked live, capturing the chemistry the band developed through extensive touring.

Previewing the album is “Lovesick,” a single inspired by the timeless theme of longing and a shared love of romance between bandmates Nina Pitchkites and Kevin Krauter.
“There’s not much more that needs to be said about yearning in 2026, but here it is anyway,” Pitchkites says. “Kevin and I are stupidly romantic people who like twee pop, so that combination alone was a recipe for a cheeky ‘main character’ song. We really leaned into the overzealous lyrics here because 1) we’re allowed, 2) we can do whatever we want, and 3) it’s fun.”
Wishy will hit the road with the Beths and Beach Bunny this August and just announced a run of headline shows in the U.S. later this fall.
