The iconic actress looked sexy as ever in the chic black bikini and matching wrap skirt.
Liz posed in the St Tropez bikini from her eponymous swimwear line to advertise a sale on all black clothing and swimming costumes.
Made from Italian Lycra for a body sculpting effect, the bikini set is $168 (£125) but is currently 30 percent off.
Looking sultry and as good as ever, Liz’s latest Instagram photo comes after she rang in her 61st birthday in style.
For her big day, Liz rocked a butter yellow bikini while standing by the water and waving a tie-dyed flag.

Liz accompanied the photo with a lengthy caption gushing about how much she has been “loving life.”
It read: “Happy Birthday to me! I used to fear that as every year passed, my life might get less exciting and I’d get more and more world weary… but I’m pleased to tell you that if you hang on in and keep your chin up, nothing could be further from the truth.
“I am LOVING my life today. I’m truly blessed and grateful to be surrounded by the most extraordinary friends and family, all of whom make my life a whole lot better and whom I love with all of my heart.”
Liz hard launched her romance with country music icon Billy Ray Cyrus last year and the pair looked loved-up this week as they attended a fundraising event in London.
Billy Ray wore his custom mirrored-sunglasses, while Liz looked elegant in a strapless white gown.
The country singer even gave a performance at the glitzy event celebrating the London Air Ambulance.
Previously Liz had profile relationships with actor Hugh Grant and the late Australian cricketer, Shane Warne.
In 2002 she welcomed her only child, son Damian with the late American businessman Steve Bing.
