FROM Novak Djokovic eyeing a record-breaking Grand Slam to Serena Williams’ return, Wimbledon 2026 promises to be a classic.

With Carlos Alcaraz missing through injury, Djokovic has a real chance at lifting the 25th major title that pushes him above Margaret Court in the all-time list for most won.

Reigning champion Jannik Sinner and British star Jack Draper, who has appointed Andy Murray as his coach, are among those trying to stop him.

On the women’s side, Serena Williams is making her return at the age of 44 after accepting a wildcard.

But world No1 Aryna Sabalenka and last year’s winner Iga Swiatek are the bookies’ favourites.
