Anne-Marie Tomchak (McNerney) gets the global take on proposals by the British Home Secretary Teresa May to introduce tough new immigration measures in the UK. Under the pilot scheme “high risk” visitors from African and Asian countries will have to pay a £3,000 deposit to get a 6-month visitor visa. The money would be refunded when they return home.
