Banana Island is the most expensive Estate In Nigeria (with close competition from Eko Atlantic city being constructed). It’s home to heavyweight Nigerian Billionaires like Linda ikeji, Dangote, and Mike Adenuga.

Property pricing at Banana Island is dollar-denominated. The current average cost of buying a three-bedroom apartment is $1 million. However, if you’re just looking to hang around the island for some time, and not to buy property, you can rent the same apartment for about $70,000 per annum.
