A short documentary on the use of ICTs (Information Communication Technologies) in Education, particularly in public schools in Malawi. Effectively using ICTs in public schools also poses some challenges in certain country-contexts, such as low budgets for maintenance, high internet costs, frequent power outages. Interviews with government minister, spokesperson of ministry of education, school teachers, students and education activist in Malawi. Documentary filmed in October – November 2017.
