SINGLE Kelly Clarkson showed off her legs in a short orange dress as she belted out the heartbreak tune Mr. Brightside on her talk show.
The 38-year-old’s latest cover comes as she divorces ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.

On Tuesday’s episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the host rocked an orange dress that included ruffles near the shoulders as she performed The Killers’ 2004 song.
Kelly began the number by belting out the lyrics: “Coming out of my cage and I’ve been doing just fine. Gotta gotta be down because I want it all. It started out with a kiss. How did it end up like this?”
The singer, who tapped her foot along to the beat of the song, was joined by a full band during the performance.
She continued to emotionally belt out the lyrics as she sang the chorus: “Jealousy, turning saints into the sea. Swimming through sick lullabies, choking on your alibis.

Kelly has been known to sing emotional covers on the daytime talk show and recently gave an impressive performance of Aerosmith’s Cryin’.

The Voice judge filed for divorce from Brandon in June after almost seven years of marriage.
She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, while she also requested joint custody of their children.
The pair share two children: six-year-old daughter River and four-year-old son Remington.

The daytime talk show host requested the court enforce a prenup signed in October 2013, as well as to restore her maiden name, Kelly Clarkson.
Brandon responded to the divorce by agreeing to his ex’s request of having joint legal and physical custody of their children.
Back in October, the singer spoke out about the “s***ty” nature of her split with the talent manager and admitted she felt “horribly sad” about their break up.
