Boris Johnson urges UK public to 'move on' from Cummings COVID-19 lockdown row



The prime minister faced a super committee of MPs over his protection of Dominic Cummings as pressure grows for his top aide to be sacked.

In a 99-minute ordeal, Boris Johnson said some allegations in the media were false and that he’d seen evidence confirming his adviser’s account of his travels to and from Durham.

He refused to make the evidence public or allow an independent inquiry.
