The Paradox have announced their new EP, Proceed With Caution, out Oct. 2 via Hundred Days Records.
The pop-punk up-and-comers also shared “I Kinda Like That,” about a toxic, on-and-off relationship. They performed the track last month during their NPR Tiny Desk. “Wake up guys, the 2000s pop-punk scene is back,” the band said on Instagram while teasing the song.

The Paradox began their “new era” last month with the raucous “Good For Me,” which followed their inclusion in the YouTube Foundry Class of 2026, the platform’s global artist development program for independent artists. Earlier this month, it was revealed that their track “Ms. Lauren” will be included on the Nimrods soundtrack — the film based on the early days of Green Day and their time living together in a van.
In the fall, the Paradox will begin their first headline tour across the U.S., beginning Oct. 14 in Dallas and concluding with a hometown show in Atlanta in November.
