UK offers grace period for visa extensions until end August

The good news is that travel restrictions and limitations are relaxing worldwide, you will no longer be able to extend your visa automatically for this reason and you are anticipated to take all practical steps to depart from the UK where it is feasible to do so or apply to legalise your stay in the UK.
