East African countries to adopt common strategy to contain terror

South Sudan will have to wait a little longer to join the east African community the country has postponed discussions over its quest to be admitted into the east African community. The 12th extra ordinary summit of the EAC held in Arusha Tanzania would have determined South Sudan’s membership.
