The Nigerian government has criticised a former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, over his recent comment on the Boko Haram insurgency but the Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka cautioned the government against dismissing Obasanjo’s advice, so as former aviation minister Femi Fani Kayode and The Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere.
