DEAR DEIDRE: MY girlfriend is turning into a lazy slob and I have to do everything in the house.
I work 13-hour shifts and it’s physical work.

When I come home, I immediately have to take over sorting out our two kids if they’re still up, cooking dinner for us and putting a load of washing on.
My girlfriend stays in bed until late in the morning and gives the kids their tablets to watch cartoons – they are three and 18 months.
When she does get up she bites everyone’s head off.
Sex is the same old thing – wait for the kids to be asleep then it’s the same position and I have to ask her first.
She never asks me. She is 23 and I’m 25.

My team and I are working safely from home but we are here to help you as always.
DEIDRE SAYS: Life is clearly tough for you but your girlfriend sounds to be suffering from depression.
Urge her to see her GP but she may need more practical support.
Contact Home-Start who help struggling families with young children (home-start.org.uk).
You’re both getting dragged down by all the demands of working family life.
Try to organise evenings so you get at least an hour together to help you reconnect.
