THE Croydon police station shooting suspect has been named as Louis De Zoysa.
The alleged gunman, 23, remains critically ill in hospital after the last bullet tore into his own neck in a struggle with the shot cop’s colleagues at Croydon Police Station, South London.
He is said to suffer from autism and neighbours described him as “troubled”.
De Zoysa is understood to have grown up in a Church-going middle class family, with his mum Elizabeth a former Green Party council candidate and his Sri-Lankan born father, Channa, the director of an events management company whose hobbies include bee-keeping.
